Site work for a water / sewer project in Fallsburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water Storage Tanks 65 Brickman Road and 26 Ann Lane. Work at the Old Falls Tank site includes clearing and grubbing, temporary soil erosion and sediment control, earthwork, removal of concrete vault and altitude valve, new Tank Level Transmitter Camber, access road reconstruction, removal and replacement of fencing, 10" DIP pipe and fittings, seed, and mulch. Work at the Ann Lane Tank site includes clearing and grubbing, temporary soil erosion and sediment control, earthwork, removal of concrete vault, new Tank Level Transmitter Chamber, access road reconstruction, removal and replacement of fencing, 10" DIP pipe and fittings, seed, and mulch. Each proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Town of Fallsburg in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. The Town of Fallsburg strongly encourages MBE, WBE and Section 3 firms to bid. All work on this project is to be substantially completed within 120 calendar days following Contract Award. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
