The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) is conducting market research pursuant to FAR Part 10 to determine if sources are capable of satisfying our agency needs. This sources sought notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, it s only for information and planning purposes only, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by NCO 8 to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict NCO 8 to an acquisition approach. NCO 08 is requesting information from potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide METASYS Johnson Control Building Automation Systems software and maintenance support for an existing METASYS Johnson Control Building Automation Systems. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base period of approximately twelve (12) months, and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods. The base period of performance start date is September 01, 2023. Interested parties must be able to submit clear and convincing documentation on ATTACHMENT A demonstrating their capabilities.
