Remodeling of a library in Fairmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library.
The Town of Fairmont reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered, to ensure that the Bidder is properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina. The project will include remodeling of an existing building for the Fairmont Public Library. (Approximately 4500 sq.ft.)
