Description The City of Avalon is requesting bids from duly licensed and experienced contractors to provide site preparation, grading, concrete foundation, retaining wall installation and related construction services for the City's Underground Fuel Tank Relocation Project Bids received after said time shall be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Any written questions must be submitted by Monday, August 14, 2023.
