Southern Region Backlog of Maintenance and Repairs (BMAR) Group B South. Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract. The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid date. ***Please note: an official cost estimate for this project will not be released. Any cost estimates or ranges listed are unofficial estimates to be used for searchability purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual budget of the project.*** Each bid must be accompanied by certified check, cashiers check, of the bidder, or a bidders bond equal to 5% of the total amount of the base bid complete the project on or before 186 calendar days
