Reference Number AB-2023-05169 Lac La Biche County is inviting submissions of price quotations for the supply of approximately 1,000 tonnes of sodium chloride salt to the Lac La Biche County Yard. The material must meet or exceed the salt specifications used by Alberta Transportation. Lac La Biche County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Quotations and to waive irregularities, informalities and non-compliance at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a Quotation other than the lowest Tender without stating reasons and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the County may consider any other factor(s) besides price, capability to perform the work and proposed specifications in its sole and unfettered discretion. By submitting its Quotation, the Bidder waives any right to claim in any proceeding or court action for loss of anticipated profit or for any other damages in excess of the reasonable costs incurred by the Bidder in preparing its Quotation.
