Renovation of an educational facility in Brighton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
PROPOSAL QUESTIONS DEADLINE: AUGUST 11, 2023 The Academy is soliciting sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of one layer of existing shingles, underlayment, flashing and drip edge down to the wood deck surface of the southerly section of the School Building. The total area is approximately 12,000 square feet at a predominant 6/12 pitch. The building area is a single story and includes 20 roof facets. Preferred manufacturers shall be Owens Corning, CertainTeed, GAF, or approved equal. There is also a 700 square foot section of flat roofing that will need removal and replacement of one layer of roofing material, insulation and edge metal down to the structural deck.
