If you have any questions concerning submission of a bid or the specifications, please contact the Purchasing Department at (816) 271-5330 Pursuant to an agreement (including all amendments and exhibits referred to or attached to such agreement, hereinafter, in this Exhibit, collectively, the "Agreement") to demolish a house structure, along with perform other services as described herein property located at 1125 South 20th street, St. Joseph, MO 64501 (hereinafter, in this Exhibit, the "Property"), the party contracting with the City to perform all demolition, work, and other services (hereinafter, in this exhibit, the "Contractor") for the City of St. Joseph (hereinafter, in this exhibit, the "City") acknowledges and agrees to the following: The City has provided and attached an asbestos and survey report, including the description of the following asbestos-containing materials on the Property: 1. The house structure is to be demolished and removed from the Property is generally described as: 1125 South 20th street,. That no agreement, statement or term in this Exhibit shall be deemed to define or negate terms of the signed agreement the Contractor and the City have reached relating to the subject Property (hereinafter, in this Exhibit, and incorporating amendments and exhibits referred to or attached to such agreement, the "Agreement") except to the extent that such Agreement specifically and explicitly identifies to this Exhibit. 5. The Contractor shall remove all demolition-related solid waste materials, and other waste materials as described herein or resulting from the activities described herein, from the Property and dispose of them in a landfill regulated by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter, in this Exhibit, "DNR") or the equivalent department of another state. 2. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in performing all duties described in this Exhibit or the Agreement. 3. To the extent that any term stated in this Exhibit contradicts any other terms in the Agreement, the term in this Exhibit will be deemed to override such other terms, but only to the extent that the term in this Exhibit does not violate applicable laws, regulations or the City Code of Ordinances; in the event terms of this Exhibit violate applicable laws, regulations or the City Code of Ordinances, any applicable terms in the Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. 4.
