Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Newark, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Licking County Board of Commissioners is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to hire a professional CMAR to work cooperatively with the Owner and Architect/Engineer, and will provide, among other items, cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, construction scheduling, construction phasing, and preconstruction planning for the West Courtroom Restoration and Modernization Project in the Historic 1876 Licking County Courthouse and other related areas of the Courthouse for the Licking County Commissioners Office. The Licking County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all qualifications. The Board has the sole discretion to determine the qualifications that is most advantageous to the County All questions must be submitted only in writing by email to badzic@lickingcounty.gov no less than five days before the above-stated deadline for presentation of the Submittal/Response
