This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP Number is FA301623U0363. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 effective date 02 June 2023 & DFARS Publication Notice 20230720 effective date 20 July 2023. This RFP is issued in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of the Air Force Furnishings Commodity Council (AF FCC) Mandatory Carpet Program Tier I contracts. Carpet Tile Products to cover 1237.33 square yard area with 4in Cove Base. Carpet Tile Products shall meet the specifications shown below in Section 7. Evaluation - Factor 2: Technical. Delivery Location: Project work is to be performed on Lackland AFB, building 2058, 367 COS spaces (Rooms 345, 351, 352 A-C, 355, 356A-B, 357-360, 362-369,378-379, 382) located at 250 Hall Blvd, San Antonio TX, 78243. Carpet delivery address: 1300 Medina Base Rd (bldg 331). Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 21 August 2023 beginning at 10:00 AM CST (San Antonio, TX local time).
