The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide strategic planning services for the Cullen College of Engineering. The University recently merged its engineering and technology programs into one college, the Cullen College of Engineering, and is soliciting proposals from firms and facilitators experienced in strategic planning to lead the Cullen College of Engineering through a strategic planning process to formulate a 5-year plan for the college, with additional stretch goals, that align with the college's vision of becoming a Top 50 engineering school as reported by U.S. News and World Report. A successful proposal will incorporate inclusive college-wide strategic planning strategies that build on and connect previous successes with a process to prioritize future college goals. The expected term of the contract will be one (1) year with the option to renew four (4) additional one-year terms, for a maximum of five (5) years. The University reserves the right to negotiate a modification of contract terms and schedules as necessary.
