Renovation of a medical facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide installation of a replacement fire alarm system (FAS) at the Districts professional office building located at 1400 S. Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104 (JPOC 1400) and 1350 S. Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104 (JPOC 1350). The District wishes to secure a contract to provide provision and installation of a replacement fire alarm system (FAS) at the JPOC 1400 (Exhibit 1) and JPOC 1350 (Exhibit 2) building. The awarded vendor must provide all labor and materials necessary to design, construct, install, and test the new installation. Deadline for Questions Submitted by Respondents 08-24-2023, 2:00 p.m. CST Pre-Proposal Conference. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held to allow respondents time to walk through the JPOC 1400 and JPOC 1350 Building. Please RSVP to facilitiescompliance@jpshealth.org.
