J.E. Dunn Construction Company, hereafter referred as the Construction Manager, is Requesting for Qualifications for the following project described below and requests for your interest on bidding on the project. DELTA - MSP T1 Modernization Project (AMP) - The Delta Air Lines MSP Airside Modernization project consists of remodeling approximately 99 gate hold rooms and their associated main concourse corridors at Terminal 1. The scope of work in this project will be phased out into multiple phases including but not limited to: PHASE 1 - Concourses D & F, PHASE 2 - Concourse C, and PHASE 3 - A, B, and G. **WE ARE CURRENTLY PREQUALIFYING for PHASES 1 & 2 on the project. The forthcoming bid packages may include the following scopes but not limited to: Final Cleaning, Misc. Metals, Equipment Support Systems, Glass and Glazing, Stainless Steel and Column Covers, Joint Sealants, Firestopping, Drywall, Tile and Stone Work, Acoustical and Metal Ceilings, Terrazzo, Flooring, Painting, Quartz Paneling, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, and Lighting Controls. SCHEDULE - The official project Schedule will be issued in the forthcoming bidding documents. The project schedule is anticipating to start with PHASE 1 in October 2023, PHASE 2 in March 2024, and PHASE 3 in January 2025. All work is to be completed by December 31, 2025.
