**As of October 11 ,2023 project was awarded to Riverside Traffic Solutions, awarded amount is $399,150.50.** The City of Newnan is soliciting bids for contracting to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary, including traffic control, for the installation of traffic signals, controller and cabinet assembly with battery backup, video detection, and related equipment for the intersections of Martin Luther King Jr Dr at Mary Ann St/ Dodson St, and Fourth St at Sunset Ln. Related construction includes construction of sidewalk, curb/ gutter, curb ramps, and the application of thermoplastic pavement markings and RPMs. Time for Performance: Substantial completion, 270 days from Notice to Proceed. The sole right to evaluate the bids submitted; to waive any irregularities therein; to reject any and all bids; and award a contract in the best interest of the public.
