Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Kingsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Building 5714 Canopy Metal Roofing and Bracing Replacement, And Lighting System Upgrade: Remove and dispose all metal roofing, screws, side metal panel, structure metal bracing, metal flashing, conduit for lights and electrical, to include front entrance Welcome letters. Leave mainframe column, mainframe rafters, and roof "X" bracing. All materials to be disposed off government site. NAICS Code: 236220 Provide and primer mainframe column, mainframe rafters with two (2) coats of primer. Provide and paint mainframe column, mainframe rafters with two (2) coats of existing color (oxide red). Install structure metal, to include eave struts, girt, purling and all associated hardware. Install approx. 2600sqft of preformed metal roof, to include six (6) skylights, fasteners with gasket washers, metal roofing to be full length in size. Color of preformed metal panels to be same as existing. Install approx. 2000sqft of preformed metal siding, to include roof ridge caps and finishing treatments. Color of preformed metal panels to be same as existing. Install approximately 500LF of electrical wiring and conduit for lights. Install four (4) LED bay light. (150W color temp 500K, UH 100-277v, lens type SG Frost Globe, housing color Grey). Install a lighted "WELCOME TO NAS KINGSVILLE" sign back to original location with proper mounting hardware. Sign to be control by seasonal clock timer provided and installed by contractor.
