Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Delson, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 18,165-square-foot, two-story above grade, 18-room educational facility; for the renovation of a 4,635-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Addition and renovation of William Latter elementary school. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 2,018 m2 addition and renovation of 420 m2 of existing areas to transform the facility in a 18-classroom school. The addition will house classrooms, multipurpose space, arts and culture space, administration offices, support and service spaces and will be linked to the main structure. The project also includes the construction of an outdoor parking lot and redevelopment of the site. TIMELINE: The project development was temporarily stopped at a design stage due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the Quebec school funding system. Timelines for a tender and construction are being finalized. Further update in spring/summer 2026.
