**As of October 11, 2023, project was awarded to ACE Capital Engineering but awarded amount is not available.** BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION OF WORK: In general, the work comprises without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to replace the existing retaining wall with new, as more clearly described in the Contract Documents. Due to work to be conducted in congested tight space, provide safe access to and from the adjacent house and the public affected by this work. This work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the Director of Public Works.
