Trades required include cast-in-place concrete, miscellaneous metals, casework, waterproofing, doors, glass/glazing, overhead doors, metal framing & drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, toilet accessories, signage, pre-engineered metal building, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data/communications, sitework, fencing, and landscaping. As of September 5, 2023, RFI responses have been released in Addendum 3. Construction is anticipated to start in October 2023 and take 10.5 months.
