Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies for the project of Bus Depot Infrastructure Upgrades. The qualified consultants shall be able to provide services that include but are not limited to the design of upgraded electrical feeds and safety improvements at three of SEPTA bus Depots, Allegheny, Callowhill and Comly Each proposal shall be submitted in two (2) separate parts, enclosed in two (2) separate packages, and identified as Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal. Cost proposals will not be opened until the technical evaluation is completed.
