As of 9/20/23, per Owner, all bids rejected, this will rebid at a future time. The project generally consists of the cleaning of 2 floating cover digester, including the removal of the covers to be inspected, refurbished, and repainted. The project site is located at 136 Municipal Drive, Gilbertsville, PA 19525. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of ten percent [10%]. Available date 8/15/2023 3:00 PM Question Deadline 09/01/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The successful BIDDER will be required to execute the Agreement, furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on the respective forms provided in the Contract Documents, and provide evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. The wages paid on this project will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented. The Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955, P.L. 744, No. 222, as amended June 25, 1997, by Act 34 of 1997, 43 P.S. §§ 951-963, shall apply to this contract. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project, and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
