Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Texas. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
WALNUT CREEK LINEAR PARK TRAIL 3B Improvements (Sidewalk Path Rebuild/Build, Bridge Extension, Under Bridge Path) WORK Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: The construction Project consists of but is not limited to site preparation including mobilization, erosion control, traffic control per City standards, demolition of existing site elements, earthwork, and drainage improvements. The Project will include improvements. This Project will also include landscape improvements such as Bermuda grass sod, and/or any Bermuda grass hydro mulch. The Project also consists of post construction site clean-up as shown in the Construction Documents or as outlined in the specifications. The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only part is generally described as follows: Question Deadline 01/09/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the time for opening Bids may not be answered.
