The work will include tonnage as determined by the supervisor (s) of Public Works, including tack coat laid Bidders are responsible for ensuring the bids are deposited by this time. Tenders received after the specified time shall not be considered A Security Deposit shall be included with tender in the form of a certified check or bid bonds in the amount of $5,000.00 from a Canadian Chartered Bank, Credit Union or Trust Company and made payable to the Town of Saint-Quentin. All inquiries shall be addressed to the attention of the director of public works, Mr. Gilles Croussette. The town of Saint-Quentin reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept separate items in the bid unless the bidder denies this right, does not commit itself to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or costs of any sort to the tenderers.
