Landscape & Irrigation System Maintenance Services at Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community School 35 Road 7585, Box 5003, Bloomfield, New Mexico 87413. The Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community School (DCS) is requesting proposals from highly qualified Landscape and Irrigation System firms for the upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of the newly installed landscape. All potential Offerors must submit their proposals as outlined in the Scope of Work provided in the Proposal Packet. This solicitation is open to interested Indian and non-Indian firms. This procurement is subject to the laws and regulations of The Navajo Nation that include the NAVAJO NATION PROCUREMENT CODE-TITLE 12 N.N.C. 301-371; the NAVAJO NATION BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ACT-TITLE 5 N.N.C. 201-215, the NAVAJO PREFERENCE IN EMPLOYMENT ACT AS AMENDED-TITLE 15 and the NAVAJO NATION BUSINESS ACTIVITY TAX-TITLE 24 N.N.C. 401.
