This project also includes the installation of foundations with applicable ground wiring and conduit for a signal cabinet and pedestrian push buttons as well as coordination and installation of a Jones-Onslow Electric Membership Corporation meter base to supply power for the intersection. The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
