The City of Scottsdale is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design and complete construction phase services for the City of Scottsdale's gravity sewer from the Tournament Players Club (TPC) Golf Course 36-inch pipe to the North Pump Back Station 48-inch pipe project. Generally, this project will require cost estimating, provide value engineering and constructability review, design potholing (as needed) and sequenced construction of approximately 6,400 linear feet of 36-inch diameter gravity sewer and 1500 feet of 48-inch gravity sewer from the TPC Champions Golf Course, underneath the existing CAP Dike and extend south along the Pima frontage Road to the North Pump Back station to serve new development north of the TPC golf course The City of Scottsdale reserves the right to reject any oral Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Request for Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received.
