Remove and replace RTU #2 1. Replace RTU # 2 air conditioning unit and controls 2. Provide crane for installation and removal of existing RTU 3. Provide disposal of existing RTU # 2 4. Provide controls to operate RTU # 2 and any wiring to control or operate equipment 5. Install insulated pipe wrapping and conduit straps on all piping 6. Install new piping as needed 7. Replace or repair damaged roof due to the replacement project 8. Provide evaporator coil, controls, solenoids, refrigerant, and all associated parts 9. Provide any building permit 10. Provide test and operation of replacement (Factory start-up) 11. Provide 4hrs training on equipment for a building engineer 12. Contractor to secure necessary permits. 13. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 14. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 15. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on SECTION 23 74 16.13 PACKAGED ROOFTOP UNIT (GREATER THAN 15 TONS) 16. Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 17. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 18. Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 19. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 20. Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 21. All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 22.
