A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: RFP Engineering - Solid Waste Landfill Expansion The ACUA has developed, owned and operated a Solid Waste Landfill located at the Haneman Environmental Park in Egg Harbor Township since 1992. The currently permitted footprint of the landfill is 102 acres. The ACUA is requesting proposals for engineering design and permitting related services to expand the landfill horizontally and vertically beyond is current footprint. Question Deadline: 09/06/2023 at 4:00 PM ET. Start of Work : November 1, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The ACUA intends to execute a one (1) year agreement to complete the work specified within this RFP. This contract will be a "Not-to-Exceed" contract and will be billed based upon tasks and man hours established in the proposal for the work and/or activities completed. The Authority reserves the right to reject any RFP which, by reason of exceptions taken, is in the Authority's judgment nonconforming to the specifications.
