Renovation of a municipal facility in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Proposals must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after proposal closing. City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities in the proposals. Rick Churbock, CPPB Purchasing Supervisor Purchasing Division 770-794-5257 City of Marietta/Board of Lights and Water The City of Marietta is requesting proposals for the repair/replacement/retro-fit of an existing metal standing seam roof of the Public Works fleet maintenance building. Contractors' proposal shall detail the method and materials to be used to cover, repair, replace, and or retro-fit an approved membrane water tight system to the existing metal standing seam roof. Contractor shall submit with proposal at least three references and locations of similar projects including samples of product to be proposed. This project will be required to be permitted by the contractor.
