Liberty Township, Trumbull County, Ohio ("Township") pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 505.27, invites bids for the exclusive contract for weekly refuse collection and disposal of residential waste and collection of recyclables every other week. The contract will be effective October 1, 2023, for a three-year term with an option to extend for two additional years. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid security in the amount and subject to the conditions provided in this Bid Package. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Performance Cash Deposit within ten (10) days of contract award. Each prospective bidder must be an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informalities. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
