Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 56,700-square-foot, two-story above grade, 20-room educational facility; for the renovation of a 21,600-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Expansion, redevelopment, maintenance and upgrades of Hamel elementary school. The scope of the project includes the construction of an addition of approximately 5,250 m2 housing 18 classrooms, un gymnasium, a motor room, administrative offices, required service and support equipment rooms. The scope of the project also includes upgrades and improvements to the existing school areas. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project is going through the regulatory approval process. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Further update in summer 2026.
