Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a museum in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a museum; and for the construction of a 26,000-square-foot museum.
This re-bid will include demolition of the existing Nature Museum, Construction of a 26,000 SF new Nature Museum, a 2,100 SF Pavilion building, parking lot, and plaza area. Please note some scope from the original bid has been removed from the project. Refer to the delineation plan and revised staging and logistics plan for clarification of project limits. The bid package manual has been updated to reflect these changes.
