Renovation of an educational facility in North Mankato, Minnesota. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project involves the replacement of the central chiller plant, originally installed in 1988 and serving over 300,000 GSF on South Central's North Mankato campus. The existing conditions and proposed design are detailed in the pre-design. As of September 27, 2024, per owner, there is currently no ETA on construction for this project. They were only funded through the design phase of this project. The construction phase would be funded through State of Minnesota Bonding, so it is unclear when the project will be funded. A design team has been identified.
