The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project generally includes, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing as well as retrofit work on two storm water retention ponds located within the Whispering Pines housing plan on Balkan Drive in Plum Borough. Retrofit activities on the ponds include removal of sediment on the bottom of the basins, retrofit existing storm water structures in the ponds and place engineered soils topsoil suitable, were necessary, for planting grass seed. Approximately 1 acre will need to be cleared and grubbed with approximately 2600 cubic yards of material to be removed from both ponds together. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The work to be completed includes clearing and grubbing as well as retrofit work on two stormwater retention ponds located within the Whispering Pines housing plan on Balkan Drive in Plum Borough. Retrofit activities on the ponds include removal of sediment on the bottom of the basins, retrofit existing stormwater structures in the ponds and place engineered soils.
