The Township of Montgomery will not be responsible for any prospective bidder not receiving the correct or updated information if they do not provide their contact information. The Township will not be responsible for any claims, damages, loss, expense, damage, or otherwise arise from obtaining information or documents from entities other than Montgomery Township. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The successful bidder shall be required to provide certification that they are not engaged in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus pursuant to P.L. 2022, c.3.
