Renovation of a detention facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Summary Project Description: Replacement of existing built up roofing systems with new membrane roofing systems, including associated flashings and the installation of additional roof drains. CBB Pre-qualifiaction Applications due: 14 days prior to due date of bids Last Request for Information Due: 6 days prior to due date of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: 1. Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form or, 2. Certified check made payable to Owner in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Only Prime Bidders and First Tier Subcontractors that have been prequalified for this project by Lane County may submit Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in accordance with ORS 279C.380. To be considered, the bidder must be licensed by the Construction Contractors Board or the Landscape Contractors Board for the type of work proposed. Each bidder must have a public works bond on file with the Construction Contractors Board before starting work on the project unless exempt under ORS 279C.836.
