Renovation of a municipal facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and miscellany required to reseal the large window/curtain wall seals against the veneer /accent panels at the Salisbury District Court / Multi-Service Center. Please see Project Manual for all details. All Minority Business Enterprise are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserve vendors only. Please refer to the following link for more information regarding SBR certification website. 1. The work to be accomplished under this contract is located at the Salisbury District Court / MultiService Center located at 201 Baptist Street, Salisbury, Maryland, 21801. It consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, lists, etc., and services necessary and incidental to the completion of the work described therein. 2. Base Bid: Remove all sealant and backing materials at windows and replace with new. 3. All work shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed.
