Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work comprises of the complete exterior and interior renovations with new finishes, mechanical, and electrical to Five (5) buildings containing a combined total of Twenty-Three (23) Units. Demolition will include the abatement of ACM's. Improvements to the exterior grounds will include new parking lot car plug pedestals, landscaping, concrete work, new fences, and the restoration of patio pavers at each unit. The surrounding buildings not included in Village Green Phase 3 scope will remain tenant occupied and operational. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Letter of Surety payable to Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and Bid Enclosures as specified. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
