**As of December 13, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Olney reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. This project is generally described as the construction of water treatment plant expansion consisting of raw water pump replacement, clarifiers, filters, clearwell, high service pumps, backwash pump replacement, chemical storage and feed facilities, piping, electrical, controls, and associated work. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Olney is also acceptable. complete the project within six hundred (600) calendar days
