The fire stations at Allens Avenue, Brook Street, Messer Street, and Mount Pleasant Avenue currently lack women's restrooms, and so the city has retained Signal Works Architecture to design new restrooms to be built within the existing space at each station. Part of the work of installing the new restrooms will include some minor repairs to men's rooms at the facilities as well, documented in the attached drawing package as alternates. This work must be conducted while minimizing any impact on the operation of the fire stations, which will remain active during construction.
