A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Approximately 5,625 feet of 24-inch water main along Kellam Road, south of SH 71, a lift station located within the project site at 4811 Kellam Road, 9,900 feet of wastewater force main from the lift station and running south along Kellam Road to Pearce Lane and then west along Pearce Lane, as well as 430 feet of 18-inch wastewater interceptor, 630 feet of 24-inch wastewater interceptor, and 100 feet of 30-inch wastewater interceptor running from the force main west along Pearce Lance to the existing Pearce Lane lift station (wet well #1) MBE/WBE Goals: African American 2.36% Hispanic - 4.28% Asian/Native American - 0.94% WBE- 1.35% All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within one hundred and eighty (180) Working Days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with the Bid Form, Section 00300. Final completion shall be achieved within sixty-four (64) Working Days after substantial completion.
