Remove and dispose existing trees and planting, irrigation equipment including lateral lines, heads, valve boxes. Protect 3" mainline. Provide new landscape wall plants and trees, new irrigation system to connect to existing controller. Install Stabilized decomposed granite and concrete paths. Refinish and add new nets to existing moveable soccer goals. Concrete Paving. Scope include to sawcut and remove paving at portion of Fire Lane, regrade and install heavy duty concrete. Metal Fence: Contractor is to fabricate and install new 16' height chain link fence where existing fence is located near N.
