This contract will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania through the end of the calendar year. Work is to be performed in accordance with the contract documents to be obtained from NWNEPA. The successful bidders will be required to submit certificates of insurance, as well as proof of registration as a PA Home Improvement Contractor. Several IDIQ contracts will be awarded, with each individual project awarded to the lowest, most responsible bidder for the particular scope ofwork required at that location. However, the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid in connection with said program, or waive any irregularities. The successful bidder shall be an Equal Opportunity Employer The Owner encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in the bidding. PA DCED, PA PHFA, and US Dept ofHealth & Human Services, among others, are providing funding for these projects.
