Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct INTERSTATE DRIVE, PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS, STP-5414(638) in St. Charles County, Missouri. The construction shall include all work incidental to the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the roadway and intersection improvements along with the shared use path and sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, drainage structures and other appurtenances. All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received in writing at least one week prior to the bid opening Each Bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Certified Check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved Surety Company and payable to the County, in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) ofthe Sum Total ofthe Base Bid. The DBE goal for this letting is a minimum of 10% ofthe total contract amount. Calendar Days: Two hundred sixty (260) calendar days for entire project Liquidated damages per day of $1,400.00
