purchase and installation of approximately 4,000 linear feet of chain link fence along the south perimeter of the Gallatin County Logan Landfill East expansion area Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Gallatin County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Gallatin County no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on September 1, 2023. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Written questions may be submitted to Jim Simon, Gallatin County Solid Waste, by email at: jim.simon@gallatin.mt.gov.
