Detailed Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment and perform all work as described below Dorchester County is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide window replacements at the Dorchester County Alcohol and Drug Center and the Kenneth F. Waggoner Building in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions detailed in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids may be awarded based on individual items or groups of items or the entire list of items. Line-item bids should not be contingent on acceptance of both sites. Bidders are not required to bid on both line items. Bid bonds shall be payable to the County, shall be for at least five (5%) percent of the total amount Payment Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract. Performance Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract. The County reserves the right to 1) reject any or all bids and any part of a bid; 2) waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in bids received; and 3) award the bid(s) received on the basis of individual items or groups of items or the entire list of items.
