A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bidders on this project are required to be pre-classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classifications #C009 (General Construction/Alterations & Additions), #C030 (Plumbing), #C032 (HVAC/R), #C047 (Electrical), #C068 (Roofing-Membrane Modified Bitumen), #C070 (Roofing-Built Up) and #C092 (Asbestos Removal/Treatment) and as well as other documentary requirements in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specification. If the Bidder himself does not have the required classification(s) as stated above, the Bidder must include and identify a subcontractor(s), of any tier, who has the required classification(s) in the List of Subcontractors. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the subject of the bid, name and address of the bidder, phone & fax number, and date of the bid opening. Each bid must be delivered to reach the Division of Purchasing prior to the stated time of the opening of the bids. The County will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. If hand delivered, please note that parking and security access at the County Complex may cause delays and bidders should take them into consideration in order to submit a timely bid. No late bids will be accepted. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:531 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
