The general objective of the project for the winter maintenance of Thames Centre sidewalks and pathways, including but not limited to, all labour and equipment required. Sand and salt to be provided by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or to accept any tender should it be deemed in the interest of the Municipality to do so. Each tender must be accompanied by a Tender Deposit, in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft or Bank Letter of Credit or Bid Bond, in favour of the Municipality of Thames Centre in the amount of $25,000 to secure the execution of a formal contract.
