Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 13,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is currently under construction. Plans call for the construction of a 13,500 square foot addition, which will house classrooms, simulation labs and study spaces for skilled trade and public safety programs. The project will include a new parking area, the creation of outdoor learning spaces and interior renovations to specific areas in the existing building. Subcontractor prequalification will begin Spring 2025. Subcontractor bidding will begin Summer 2025. Construction is anticipated to commence Winter 2025. Interested firms must reach out to the construction manager for pre-qualification instructions and to receive bid documents.
