It is the intent and purpose of the City of Fulton that this request permits competitive bidding. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to advise the Purchasing Department, at the address noted on page one of this IFB, if any language, requirements, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this IFB to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing Department not later than five (5) days prior to bid closing date. A review of such notifications will be made. Prospective bidders are hereby invited to submit their bid for the Purchase of a new HVAC system for the Elton Hensley Airport located at 4420 County Route 304 Fulton Missouri 65251 Hvac System Should Be 4 to 5 Ton / or Recommended Size to Properly Cool the Size and Style Building Listed Below With Heat 15 Kw to 20 Kw Electric Heat New Controls/ Thermostat If Any Additional Duct Work is Required or Current Duct Work Needs Upgraded Please List Cost of That Work and Materials on a Separate Line Instalation of New Unit Information About the Building Where Unit Will Be Used Approx. 1500 Square Feet Interior Space Building Constructed With Masonary Front With Metal Sides and Roof With Very Large Windows and Poorly Insulated
