CAT also reserves the right to award a contract based on the submissions alone Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide bids for the construction of CAT Plant Riverside Ferry Dock and Shelter The project consists of design, permitting and construction of 15'x20' concrete platform supported by concrete piles, a 6' wide x 80' long aluminum ADA gangway and a 20' wide x 120' long concrete floating dock with concrete piles. It also includes a 14' x 24' +- landing shelter for ferry passengers located on the existing Riverwalk.
